About Us - Creative Property Management

Creative Property Management is located in the historic Santa Maria Inn. We service Santa Maria and the surrounding areas.

Carlos Macias grew up on the Central Coast spending a majority of his life in Orcutt and Santa Maria, where he became very familiar with our local real estate market and its unique characteristics. Carlos was educated in an Orcutt Elementary School, Junior High School, High School and attended his college courses at Allan Hancock College, and has spent the past decade studying Real Estate and earning his Sales Agents License and Brokers License.

Since acquiring Creative Property Management Carlos has focused on incorporating improved technologies, building a stronger customer base, and improving the management process for both the property tenant and the property owner. His mission is to ensure his client’s properties are rented by only well qualified tenants and that properties will be properly managed to ensure the tenant’s experience is pleasant.
